Professional Experience
Prior to attending and subsequently graduating college with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Britney Q. Michel approached her impending professional career with combining her creative passions in life with logic. Uniting her comprehensive experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician with a degree in Marketing and finally securing excelled experience in sales and management at Enterprise Holdings, Britney was well on her way of seeing her 7-year strategy come to fruition with a career in Pharmaceutical Sales.
After securing her Pharmaceutical Sales role with Bristol-Myers Squibb, she soon realized her intrinsic passion of providing value through relationships was not realized through this role to her level of expectation. As such, a journey of nearly two decades proceeded in eclectic experiences including restaurant entrepreneurship, consulting as a Fractional CMO, real-estate investment/design, education and non-profit work in which relationship procurement, creative strategy and business development wove as the constant fabric through every opportunity. Because of her eclectic background, Britney excels in empathizing and thoroughly understanding the clients’ needs, regardless of industry, to serve as a valued resource who thinks outside-the-box as a premier problem-solver. She lives and breathes the personal mission statement, “90% of your success or failure is dependent on how you make others feel.” Effective marketing is the backbone of every successful revenue goal being realized for any company.

Born in Kansas City, Missouri and living in the area for nine years prior to relocating to Indiana, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Tennessee, and North Carolina, only to complete the circle back home to Kansas City in 2019, Britney gracefully pulls off the “bless-your-heart and gotcha, eh” in single sentences. Britney boasts her greatest pride and joy, her five beautiful children who span nine years in age and consist of three girls and two boys, the oldest beginning college in the fall of 2025.
The crux of every motivation and every aspect of her life is for her children, modeling, teaching, supporting and offering experiences in life to enrich their journeys into adulthood. Among the myriad of life experiences in which Britney is grateful, she competed as a formidable triathlete for approximately five years prior to the birth of her fourth child. Giving up the bike and weekly 80-mile training rides in 2014 was a difficult decision but embraced when seeing her growing family require her road-safety above the competitive sport. Often in jest, Britney refers to the “twenty lifetimes she has been blessed within her one lifetime” and enjoys relating through wit, humor, intellect and story-telling in given conversation.
